Directions: As dietary supplement, healthy adults may take 1 tablespoon (15mL) up to 3 times daily with food. Initially, it is important to begin with 1 teaspoon and slowly increase intake to a full serving size of 1 tablespoon (3 teaspoons) over several days to ensure toleration. Consuming a full serving (1 tablespoon) especially on an empty stomach, at the outset, prior to allowing your body to adjust, may cause intestinal or digestive discomfort.
